On its third edition, DreamHack Valencia will raise the stakes. The ‘Woodstock of the digital era’ will hold a full featured event out of its home country: Sweden.

Valencia will host DreamHack Valencia from July 18 to 21. This year will not only have Europe’s most important eSports competition but also a BYOC area for thousands of participants as well as Expo and Shop. It will be the full DreamHack experience, the world’s most important digital event..

The Mediterranean city accepts the challenge of the Swedish festival: to organize a LAN Party where thousands of people live an intense and rewarding experience in a digital environment, where they can connect and game, know and share with others enjoying digital expression and culture.

Apart from free gaming in the BYOC, the eSports area will feature six official tournaments:  StarCraft II, Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.

More over, Valencia will be the third stop of the DreamHack Open season, with a prize pool of over  21.000€, players qualified in Valencia will play the Grand Finals during DreamHack Winter, Jönköping, Sweden in November.
